Synopsis
Devan is a 2002 Indian Tamil-language action film written and directed by Arun Pandian in his directorial debut.
The film stars Arun Pandian in the title role, alongside Meena and an ensemble supporting cast including Vivek and Sai Kumar. Vijayakanth, Karthik, and Kausalya appear in extended cameo roles.
Sai Kumar makes his Tamil debut with this film, while Ilaiyaraaja composed the music for the movie.
Devan is accused of murdering Jeeva, a photographer, as a video recording of the murder shows a man like him. When a CBI officer nabs Devan, he learns some bitter facts that makes him help Devan.
The film was released on 14 June 2002.
