December Pookkal is a 1986 Indian Tamil-language slasher film directed by R. Bhoopathy.

The plot revolves around Chandru (Mohan), who loses his wife in an accident and subsequently murders women he believes refused to donate blood to her while she was hospitalized.

Revathi plays Chandru's new girlfriend, Poornima, who confronts him but ultimately expresses a desire to be killed by him. The film features Nalini and Nizhalgal Ravi in the lead roles alongside Mohan and Revathi, with Goundamani and Senthil providing comic relief.

Ilaiyaraaja composed the soundtrack, including the popular song "Azhagaka Sirithathu."
