Synopsis
Chinna Jameen is a 1993 Indian Tamil-language masala film directed by Raj Kapoor.
The movie stars Karthik as Rasaiya, a young man raised innocently but caught in a struggle for his family's property, and Sukanya as Sathya, who arrives seeking revenge after her sister's death orchestrated by Rasaiya's cruel uncle Rathnavel (R. P. Vis).
Rasaiya falls in love with Jothi, played by Vineetha in her Tamil and acting debut, but faces attempts on her life orchestrated by Rathnavel. With the help of Sathya and his friends, Rasaiya transforms from an innocent man into someone strong enough to confront his uncle.
In the climax, Rasaiya kills Rathnavel and his henchmen, securing himself as the new heir to the palace. The film was released on 13 November 1993, Diwali day, and marked Karthik's popularity during the early 90s.
