Synopsis
Chakkara Viyugam: The Battle of Brains is a 2008 Indian Tamil-language thriller film directed by Udhayabhanu Maheswaran.
The film stars Natty Subramaniam, Jayasurya, and Daisy Bopanna. It follows the story of an income tax officer who raids a multimillionaire's home and seizes INR 10 crores, only to be murdered. Two criminals then try to extort the amount from his sister, a BPO employee.
The film was shot in Chennai and Kolkata, and produced by Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision. The crew collaborated with Natty Subramaniam for the second time after their previous collaboration on Naalai (2006).
The soundtrack features songs by Karthik Raja, with lyrics written by Snehan.
The film released on 14 April 2008 and failed at the box office.
