Bhuvana Oru Kelvi Kuri is a 1977 Indian Tamil-language drama film directed by S. P. Muthuraman and written by Panchu Arunachalam, based on a novel of the same name.
The story revolves around two friends, Nagaraj and Sampath, who are depicted as roommates working in a garment shop in Nagercoil. Their contrasting personalities form the core conflict of their differing lives.
The film stars Sivakumar, Rajinikanth, and Sumithra, and was notable for casting Rajinikanth and Sivakumar in non-traditional roles. It was released on 2 September 1977 and won two Filmfare Awards: Best Tamil Film and Best Tamil Director for Muthuraman.
