Bhaktha Jana is a 1948 Indian Tamil language film directed and produced by P. Pullaiah.
The movie features C. Honnappa Bhagavathar, V. Nagayya, and Santha Kumari as its main stars, with K. Sarangapani and B. R. Panthulu in supporting roles.
The plot revolves around Janaka (Santha Kumari), who leaves her home due to her mother's disapproval of her intense devotion to Panduranga (C. Honnappa Bhagavathar). Found by Panduranga disguised as a hermit, she is instructed to worship him daily at the temple.
She is subsequently saved by Namadeva (V. Nagayya) from another devotee, Panthoji (B. R. Panthulu), who dislikes Janaka's presence and attempts to have her expelled.
