Synopsis
Aararo Aariraro is a 1989 Indian Tamil-language romantic drama film directed by K. Bhagyaraj and starring himself and Bhanupriya.
The film follows Babu, a caretaker in a mental hospital who shows devotion to his job and affection towards the patients. His unique approach earns him favor from the chief doctor, but also attracts the enmity of two compounders in the hospital.
A wandering girl is brought to the hospital by one of its financial donors, suspected of being mentally ill. Despite her mental challenges, Babu forms a bond with her and moves with her like one among them.
Bhanupriya won several awards for her performance in the film, including the Tamil Nadu State Film Award Special Prize, Filmfare Award for Best Actress – Tamil, and the Cinema Express Award for Best Actress – Tamil.
