Synopsis

Ilaiyaraaja composed the soundtrack for the movie, with one song, "Enakkoru Magan Pirappan", set to Mohanam raga.
Gangai Amaran felt that he put more effort into making Annanukku Jai compared to his previous film, Karakattakkaran (1989), which was also released around the same time.
