Synopsis
Andaman Kadhali is a 1978 Indian Tamil-language film directed by Muktha Srinivasan and produced by Muktha Ramaswamy. The film stars Sivaji Ganesan, Sujatha, Chandra Mohan, and Thengai Srinivasan.
The movie follows the story of Shivaji Ganesan, a millionaire who believes money alone is God and can solve all problems. He is tasked with buying a statue by a sculptor that his boss' daughter wants, leading him to Andaman Island. However, he has a past connection to the island and its people.
Shivaji's past is revealed as an inhabitant of Andaman who was in love with Sujatha, whom he secretly married due to their tribe's disapproval. After she becomes pregnant, he kills a doctor who insults them and flees the island. Years later, he is hired by a millionaire and, after seeing his good heart, is left all his wealth.
