
Ammuvagiya Naan is a 2007 Indian Tamil-language drama film directed by Padmamagan and starring R. Parthiban and Bharathi.
The film tells the story of Ammu, an orphan brought up in a prostitute's house who develops a fascination for the world's oldest profession. She meets writer Gowrishankar (R. Parthiepan), who comes to her place to pen a novel on the life of a commercial sex worker.
Gowrishankar's love and care bring a change in Ammu, teaching her the value of family and togetherness. He decides to marry her, and she completes his novel Ammuvagya Naan, hoping for a national award for it.
The film was released in September 2007 and features music composed by Sabesh–Murali.
