Synopsis
Alli Arjuna is a 2002 Indian Tamil-language Comedy drama film directed by Saran and Pon Elango as assistant director.
The film stars Manoj Bharathiraja and Richa Pallod, with Preetha Vijayakumar, Karan, Dhamu, Charle, Vinu Chakravarthy, and Jai Ganesh playing supporting roles.
The music was composed by A. R. Rahman, while the cinematography was handled by A. Venkatesh and editing by Suresh Urs.
Arivazhagan, played by Manoj Bharathiraja, is a young man from Chennai who has grown up to be a good-for-nothing fellow due to his parents' neglect. When the groom of his friend Savitri disappears, Arivu offers to take her place at their wedding.
The film follows Arivu's journey as he waits for Savitri on the wedding stage, but she also elopes. The movie explores themes of family, love, and identity in a comedic tone.
