Aethiree

Aethirree is a 2004 Indian Tamil-language action comedy film directed by K. S. Ravikumar.

The film stars Madhavan, Sadha, Vivek, Kanika, Rahman, Delhi Ganesh and FEFSI Vijayan in pivotal roles, with Yuvan Shankar Raja composing the musical score.

Released on 23 April 2004, Aethirree follows Subramani aka Mani, who poses as a goon to evict bachelor tenants from a Brahmin's house but ends up helping one of them kidnap his lover. He faces trouble when he kidnaps the wrong girl.

The film was remade in Telugu as State Rowdy in 2007.
