
Adhu is a 2004 Indian Tamil-language horror film directed by Ramesh Balakrishnan.
The film stars Sneha as Meera, who undergoes an eye transplant with Kayalvizhi (Suha), granting her the ability to see things not visible to others. Haunted by Kayalvizhi's spirit, Meera embarks on a journey to uncover the truth behind Kayalvizhi's story and the injustice she suffered at the hands of the village head, Vijayan.
The film features Aravind, Kazan Khan, Vijayan, and Abbas in supporting roles. Music is scored by Yuvan Shankar Raja, while cinematography is handled by P. Selvakumar.
Adhu was released on October 15, 2004, and received generally negative reviews before becoming a box-office disaster.
