Adhikari is a 1991 Tamil action film directed by P. Vasu and starring C. Arunpandian and Gautami.
The film serves as a remake of Vasu's own 1986 Kannada movie "Guri".
Duraipandi, played by C. Arunpandian, escapes from jail to exact revenge on the gold smuggler Varadappan.
Upon reaching a remote village, Duraipandi finds refuge with a local woman named Ponni, who is revealed to be Anbu's sister.
Anbu, played by Anand, attempts to flee Duraipandi after learning about his quest for vengeance against Varadappan and dies in a car accident.
The film features supporting performances by Goundamani, Senthil, Sethu Vinayagam, Srividya, Anju, Rocky, Rajeshkumar, Choudary, and Abhilasha.
