Aani Ver is a 1981 Indian Tamil-language drama film directed by K. Vijayan and produced by Thiruppur Mani under Vivekananda Pictures.
The story revolves around Arukkani, a girl from a lower-caste village portrayed by Saritha, who successfully clears her Union Public Service Commission examination and becomes a collector. This creates significant tension in her personal life as she struggles to fulfill her official duties while being the dutiful wife of Raman, played by Sivakumar, an illiterate man.
The film stars Sivakumar and Saritha, with supporting performances from Sathyaraj, Poornam Viswanathan, S. N. Lakshmi, and S. S. Chandran.
