Synopsis
6 Candles is a 2013 Tamil crime thriller film directed by V. Z. Durai and starring Shaam and Poonam Kaur.
The lead character Ram, a young software engineer, lives with his wife Lizzy and their son Gautham in Chennai. After losing Gautham at a crowded beach on his sixth birthday, Ram embarks on a journey to find him across six states.
Along the way, Ram encounters various obstacles and clues that lead him closer to finding his son. He meets Nayanar, a petty criminal who knows about local crimes, and later discovers that Gautham may have been taken to a brothel in Andhra Pradesh or sold to a child trafficker in Bhopal.
As Ram navigates the dark world of human trafficking, he faces numerous challenges and setbacks. Ultimately, he finds his son Gautham alive and well, but with severe physical changes due to years of abuse.
The film follows Ram's emotional journey as he reunites with his son and seeks justice for those responsible for their ordeal.
