465 is a 2017 Tamil horror film directed by Sai Sathyam and starring Karthik Raj.

The movie follows a doctor who returns to his ancestral house after a traumatic event, only to be haunted by recurring images of a woman. He is subsequently branded as mentally unfit and admitted to a hospital, where he must uncover the truth behind the mysterious circumstances surrounding his colleague's murder.

A doctor, whose colleague a woman (who fell in love with him) and another male doctor got murdered under mysterious circumstances, is happy to get back to his ancestral house. But since an image of a woman keeps recurring in his mind, he's branded as mentally unfit and those around him decide to admit him in a hospital.

The film stars Pavni Reddy and explores the events leading up to the doctor's colleague murder and the mysterious circumstances surrounding it.
