Synopsis
24 Mani Neram is a 1984 Indian Tamil-language thriller film directed by Manivannan and starring Mohan, Sathyaraj, and Nalini.
The film was written by Manivannan and features music composed by Ilaiyaraaja, with editing by B. Kandasamy and cinematography by A. Sabapathi.
The movie follows the story of X. W. Ramarathinam, a wealthy businessman accused of murdering his wife Janaki, whom he had attempted to manipulate into becoming his mistress. Her husband Raj, a reporter, vows to clear his name and seek justice.
Released on 18 July 1984, the film was a commercial success, running for 27 weeks and later remade in Kannada as Jayabheri (1989).
